2:15 PM – Venue open to arrive

2:50 PM – All guests must be seated

3:00 PM – Ceremony to begin

3:30 PM – Guests are welcome to head to the reception room. A cash bar and snacks will be available.

5:00 PM – Wedding party grand entrance

5:15 PM – Dinner

6:00 PM – Dance floor opens

9:45 PM – Last call

10:00 PM – Grand exit
